· Identify which documents include Assessments carried out across the CYP’s previous schooling
· When you upload each of these documents ensure you name each Assessment within the recording boxes. Guidance will be available at this stage.
· SENDiT will list these Assessments and their associated documents in the iPlan ‘Assessment’ Field.

In order to have a full list of Assessments, it is important any
Assessment will remain in the Assessment list even if the document has been
archived.
