Q. How do I on-board Provision?
Have these things in mind:
- If you
are quoting from a professional document copy directly from the report.
- Ensure
you are detailed and specific in your recording. The fields are here to
support this.
- Ensure
you are recording all quantified features listed on an EHCP
These are the choices to make here:
- Add one
‘Provision’ at a time
- Complete
all fields as appropriate
- Attach to
each provision the needs the provision is meeting, the strengths the
provision is building on and the aspirations the provision is being led
by.
- Indicate
if the provision is now actioned. If not state the reason.
- Use
single event to record a referral to/appointment or visit from a
specialist, or an arranged assessment task by the SENCO.
- A key
feature is that you evidence who has recommended the provision, and the
level of professional qualification/expertise required to deliver the
provision.
